If you’re wondering about the name of the company, then yes we named it after Pasta. I met the most awesome guy- Andrew in India while he was travelling. We celebrated Diwali together and knew we were meant to do something together so we decided to Jam onto this later.

We started Pesto in June. We wanted to make great products so we figured until we do it for ourselves, let’s do it for others. We decided to work with best startups from the valley and got clients like VaynerMedia in 2 months time doing 6 figures in revenue. It’s been a crazy ride and I love the pace of it.

Guerrilla is a way of life for a successful entrepreneur. An agile strategy to start. build. Grow & scale your venture to become a UNICORN. We’re a team of passionate change makers trying to develop agile entrepreneurial disruption in the country.
I always thought that I would write in my will to give all my money to a person like Elon Musk when I die because I knew it’ll be a tiny contribution in making earth a better place. Guerrilla is my way of being part of such things. The last project we invested in was a private project to go to the moon. 100% of the money that I make goes into such startups, it’ll continue that way for years to come.

Started by Derek Andersen and Spencer Nielsen in February 2010 in a small office in Mountain View California, the original goal to bring together friends who would help each other has spread across the world.

I worked on Dealflow before Pesto. Dealflow was a stock exchange for private equities. It’s a result of my obsession with Venture Capital. I believe investing in startups can become an asset class in years to come for public. It was fun working on this.
